Madeline Island Museum 50th Anniversary Celebration

The museum will celebrate the last 50 years of island history on the anniversary of the museum's founding in 1958. A special anniversary exhibit will open and a re-dedication ceremony will be held.
Adults $7; children (5-17) $3.50; students and senior citizens (65 and over) $6; family (two adults and two or more dependent children 5-17) $19.
Venue: Madeline Island Museum
The museum, composed of three historic island structures and the modern Capser Center, contains exhibits detailing Wisconsin history from 17th-century exploration and the era of the fur trade to the arrival of summer tourists, known as cottagers, in the early 20th century.
